  • 4. Date the drawings are required or the date of the first submittal if done in phases.
  • 5. Project specifications, addendums or project appendix.
  • 6. Actual size and format you want used to prepare the drawings (e.g. DWG,DXF, TIDD, JPEG or PDF).
  • 7. Scope of project (typically taken from your project estimate or quote leading to award)
  • 8. Standard details and designations to use on your drawings
  • 9. Standard cover sheet
  • 10. Standard title block
  • 11. Layers to use
  • 12. Sample set of drawings from a previous comparable project

  • 17. Company logo
  • 18. Detailed description of project.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will:

  • 1. Create a file of all your standards which will be used on this and future projects and updated per your direction
  • 2. Submit a proposal quoting the exact cost and time frame required for the project
  • 3. Immediately start your project when a 50% deposit and written approval is received

As we complete drawings, unless specified otherwise, we will submit them for your review, correction or approval and when complete, prepare the entire set for final submission. Prior to releasing the final set, we require an additional 45% payment leaving the last 5% payment to be received prior to releasing the corrected red-line set.

By supplying the above information, you are assured that all of your projects will proceed smoothly and efficiently at the speed and time frame that you require.

If you do not have your own set of standards, we can help you develop them (fee charged). We typically follow the generally acted standards recognized by both the AWI and AIA.
